The StarCraft 2 game is pretty much impossible to port onto on either the iPhone or iPad due to the huge amount of hardware it requires for the graphics and game play.
Blizzard has also said they have no current plans to release such a game for either the iPad or iPhone. So what gives with the title I hear you say.
Do anyone knows if there is a plan to play Starcraft on iPad now that it support external devices like mouse support? I seen a few videos of people who were able to run Starcraft 2 a couple of years ago on their iPad but touching their screens, kind of slow for ladder games. StarCraft 2 is an excellent addition to the StarCraft universe. It improves upon the original in several ways, with better graphics, additional gameplay mechanics, and an extended story.
Well one innovative developer has created a StarCraft 2 Gameboard app that allows you to remotely control your Starcraft 2 game from your iPhone, iPad or iTouch device. Including many great features such as mini-map control, detailed unit statistics, and easy touch access to the games most important hotkeys and macros.

Fancy playing the new Starcraft 2 game on your iPad? A small program called iSwifter that would normally stream small flash games through the cloud to your iPad has been modified to play Starcraft 2.
The custom version of Starcraft 2 is now equipped with buttons down either side to control your troops, together with the touch screen options of pinching and dragging to move units.
Unfortunately there are no details as to when or even if the modified application will be added to the iTune App Store. But if you do fancy getting Starcraft 2 on your iPad, it might be worth looking at a number of the remote access apps available such as Logmein. These will allow you to run Starcraft 2 on your main PC but access it through your iPad.
I haven't tried it as yet but will give it a go later to see if it will work. The elder scrolls v skyrim special edition for pc. If you give it a go let me know. You can check out a video of the modified iSwifter app running Starcraft 2 over on the Kotaku website.
